Yes. MOQs are required, and a fee is levied for small purchases below $200. Payment in advance is necessary for all purchases under $500 before shipment.

Yes. OSE specializes in the bulk export of our items, and we currently export them to over 60 locations throughout 34 countries. We can provide both seaborne and air freight for bulk exports. In addition, if you choose a named freight forwarder, we may assist with this process as well. nSmall orders may be sent via TNT courier

Yes. These may be provided to both Export and Domestic customers. When rendering samples for domestic clients, a trial charge will be applied; and when delivering all samples to export customers, freight will also be required. Customers who order the product within 90 days of receiving the sample invoice may receive a discount on the appropriate sample fee.

We accept cash, cheques, and credit cards. Our preferred payment method for overseas customers is Telegraphic Transfer. Payment in advance is necessary for all purchases under $500 before dispatch.

We usually provide FOB shipping terms for export orders. We can collaborate with your preferred freight forwarder or use one of our recommended freight forwarders to arrange the transportation.

Ex Works: The vendor is responsible for keeping the goods in their warehouse.

FIS: Warranty and delivery time for business-to-business sales where the supplier is responsible for having the goods delivered to the purchasers retail location (Free in Store).

FOB: The supplier is responsible for all expenses associated with the goods’ safe loading onto a ship or plane.

C&F: The supplier is responsible for all expenses incurred in delivering the goods to the final port of destination (also known as CNF and/or CFR).

CIF: The vendor is not responsible for the insurance of the products, however he or she is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate coverage.

DDU Shipping method: Courier. Items are transferred from the warehouse to a freight forwarder (Delivered, Duty Unpaid).

DDP The item is placed in a bonded customs warehouse that has a security officer on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Typically, the buyer’s foreign postal service provider will take ownership of the shipment and arrange for delivery to the buyers’ specified address in a distant country (Delivery, Duty Paid).

For all orders sent by courier within New Zealand

Up to 10kg in weight for North and South Islands, $10.50. Rural Delivery (RD) delivery costs an extra $3.80 per package.
